
This project entailed the smooth flow and hospitality operation of 630 elite guests in between cities, carried out as a complete integrated luxury experience.
There were 300 guests airlifted on two special charter flights, and the rest of the guests flew in on various charters, all operated under one operational umbrella. Check-ins were done in a special private terminal (G Terminal, Ahmedabad), which provided guests with an enhanced pre-flight experience such as a private lounge, pre-flight F&B, personalized service, and exclusive boarding.
The project was carried out in a wartime situation of high risk where changing airspace conditions and flight uncertainties demanded real-time replanning. Nevertheless, the team guaranteed zero disruption and zero delay, having full control of operations.

We ran this operation with an integrated team of 60, bringing charter aviation, airport management, hospitality, and logistics under a single command structure to ensure seamless coordination across all touchpoints.
On-ground hospitality was rescaled in JW Marriott Bangalore (300-room full buyout) and Taj MG Road and involved a one-time check-in system; already pre-curated in-room hampers and guest experiences in properties were standardized.
Guest transportation was also controlled by a multi-layered grid of transport (such as premium vehicles, luxury coaches, and internal buggy transportation) to ensure a seamless passage through airports, hotels, and venues.
This was feasible because the departures were executed with the same accuracy, and the entire movement cycle was completed without operational lapses.
